The Marker Waterfront Resort to Open in Key West

Breakfast3The Marker Waterfront Resort, an independent luxury hotel, will open in Key West, Florida this October.  The property, which will be located on 200 William Street in the Old Town district, will be the first new hotel to be built in Key West’s downtown area since 1994.

The resort will have 96 guestrooms, each 400-square-feet (37-square-meters) in size and with a private porch.  Guestrooms will offer views of the Old Town, the garden, the pool, or the marina, and will have queen- or king-sized bed options.

The property will also have three swimming pools with poolside cocktail service, soaking tubs, a fitness center, and a tequila bar and restaurant with al fresco dining.  Guests will also have access to private concierge service and on-site parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access will be available throughout the entire property.

The resort will be located on two acres of waterfront space on the edge of the Key West Historic Seaport, within walking distance of various shops, restaurants, and attractions in the Old Town district.
