JW Marriott to Debut New Signature Spa

Marriott announced plans to launch the Spa by JW later this year.  The new signature spa will debut at the JW Marriott Houston Downtown in September.

The offering will provide guests with a variety of full-service and express spa options, including 60- or 90-minute massages, full body treatments, facials, and nail services.

The facility will also have express suites offering 12- to 25-minute, on-demand services to guests.  The express suites will feature a massage chair with embedded scent infusers, noise cancelling technology, and mobile phone charging stations.

The spa will also have a lounge and retail area where a variety of products will be available for purchase, including eye masks, meditation books, and artisanal chocolates and wine.

Following its debut in Houston, a second Spa by JW will open at the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar in Mumbai, India, in December.  In addition, Marriott has plans to open 20 more of the new spas in other JW Marriott establishments in the near future.
