Starwood to Debut New Westin Hotel in Doha

Starwood announced that it will open the Westin Doha Hotel & Spa late this year in Qatar.  The property will cover a total of 527,431 square feet (49,000 square meters), and will be located 15 minutes from Doha International Airport.

The hotel’s 365 rooms will include 92 executive rooms, five private bungalows, and two presidential suites.  Each room will be equipped with Westin Heavenly Beds, as well as Heavenly Baths, Showers, and Robes, in addition to exclusive White Tea Aloe bath amenities.

The property will also contain five dining options, including a Thai restaurant, an all-day dining venue, and a jazz cocktail and sports bar.  For meeting and event space, the property will offer approximately 31,215 square feet (2,900 square meters), which will include 10 meeting rooms and a ballroom, as well as a fully equipped business center.

A spa, the Heavenly Spa by Westin, will also be located on the property.  The spa will feature ten treatment rooms, three pools, and an exercise room.
