Marriott Opens North America’s Tallest Hotel in Manhattan

Marriott announced the opening of a combined Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott property in Manhattan, New York City.  The 68-story property is the tallest hotel building in North America.

The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel is located on floors 6 through 33, and has 378 rooms.  Each room features a modern design and spacious bathroom.  The hotel’s restaurant, The Bistro, offers snacks, cocktails, wine, and beer.

The Residence Inn by Marriott is situated between the 37th and 65th floor of the building, and contains 261 suites.  Each suite is outfitted with custom designed kitchenettes, coffeemakers, microwaves, and custom appliances.

The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast options.  In addition, the Residence Inn by Marriott offers grocery delivery, dry cleaning service, and onsite guest laundry rooms.

The two properties share 6,000 square feet (557 square meters) of meeting and event space, as well as a fitness center on the 35th floor of the building.  Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered throughout the entire building.
