Aloft Beachwood Opens in Ohio

Starwood announced the opening of the Aloft Beachwood hotel in Beachwood, Ohio, just outside of Cleveland. The hotel is the second Aloft property to open in the greater Cleveland area.
The hotel has 135 guestrooms, seven of which are suites. It is located within Chagrin Highlands, a 630-acre (254-hectare) development that includes technology companies, medical research and development, conference and meeting facilities, and shops and restaurants.
The property has 1,890 square feet (175 square meters) of meeting and event space, as well as the brand’s W XYZ bar.
Earlier this month, Starwood announced it would open the Aloft Raleigh in North Carolina in mid-2015.
