Southwest to Offer Rapid Rewards Points Via Partners
Southwest Airlines and Points, a loyalty program currency management company, announced a partnership that will allow companies to offer Southwest Rapid Rewards points to customers and employees.
The new offering will allow businesses to purchase Rapid Rewards Partnership Points and offer them as incentives to their customers without having to develop their own program infrastructure.
Customers and employees who earn points through participating businesses will see them added directly to their existing Southwest Rapid Rewards accounts. The relationship allows Southwest to expand its program’s influence and will supply businesses with a program they can use for customer retention and loyalty.
