DNDBecause frequent travelers are on the road much more often than most people, they are likely to be a bit more picky about their hotel rooms. Details that may seem trivial to others could either make or break a hotel stay for them.

For the third year in a row, our Hotel Pet Peeve Poll, conducted in partnership with FlyerTalk, the world’s largest online travel community, will seek to determine what bugs our readers the most about their rooms, service, and the overall quality of their stay.

Our list ranges from expensive Internet to hard-to-reach toilet paper, as travelers have the chance to opine on everything from service ineptitude to noise from other guests.

We deliberately left out some common gripes such as  “expensive parking” and “expensive minibars,” as we’re really looking for the irritants that truly impact the quality of a hotel stay, including the ability to do one’s work, relax, and have a good night’s sleep.

After taking the poll, which will run through April 30, 2013, you can subscribe to Frequent Business Traveler Weekly and have the opportunity to win a piece of valuable airline memorabilia.
