Park Central Hotel New York Debuts Extensive Guestroom Refurbishments

The Park Central Hotel New York in Manhattan unveiled a multimillion-dollar renovation to its 761 guestrooms. In October, the hotel will debut new interiors and public spaces inspired by Central Park and other New York landmarks.
The guestrooms feature tufted fabric headboards and dark-stained millwork details. Each room offers 46” LED HD TVs, in-room safes, desks, ironing boards, and C.O. Bigelow bath amenities.

New York Philharmonic Presents The Art of the Score

The New York Philharmonic announced The Art of the Score: Film Week at The Philharmonic, a series of film screenings with live orchestra accompaniments. The performances will take place between September 17 and 21.

TSA to Add PreCheck to 60 Airports by End of Year

The Transportation Security Administration will expand its PreCheck trusted traveler program to 60 additional airports, bringing the total number of airports with PreCheck to 100.
The 60 new airports will have PreCheck lanes by the end of 2013 and the TSA also plans to expand the number of PreCheck lanes at airports that currently have the program as well.
