Cathay Pacific announced it will launch new, non-stop service between Boston and Hong Kong on May 3, 2015.  The service will operate four times a week, using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

ANA Revamps Schedule and Aircraft Allocation

All Nippon Airways announced changes to its schedule for the second half of the fiscal year.  The airline plans to introduce new aircraft on some of its Asian routes, as well as launch new flights and increase service on several existing domestic routes.

Scandinavian Airlines started its non-stop service between Houston, Texas and Stavanger, Norway on Wednesday.
The airline is operating the flights using Boeing 737-700 aircraft.  The plane is equipped with 44 lie-flat business-class seats arranged in a 2-2 configuration.
The flight takes approximately ten hours from Houston to Stavanger, the oil capital of Norway.
