Marriott International announced the opening of its new corporate headquarters on its campus on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland.
The opening of the 785,000 square-foot (72,929-square-meter) building was celebrated with a ribbon cutting on Monday.

Marriott Bids Award Chart ‘Adieu,’ Moves to Dynamic Pricing Model

Marriott Bonvoy, the hotel chain’s guest loyalty program, will be making significant changes in the coming week.
The changes, which go into effect on Tuesday, include a move to dynamic award pricing and the elimination of the standard award chart.
In effect, the hotelier will eliminate its current award charts and replace it with what it termed, in October 2021, “flexible points redemption rates,” when it originally announced these plans.

Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt Hotels, and Marriott International all announced financial results for both the fourth quarter of 2021 as well as the full fiscal year.
