Alaska to Update First Class Menu with West Coast Specialties and Debut New Dining Concept

Alaska Airlines announced a new first-class menu on Friday and said that changes will be introduced throughout the year.
The airline said that the new menu includes “West Coast-inspired” dishes and will use local ingredients. Menu items will include strawberry-lime smoothie shots and an avocado bacon omelet for breakfast, and flank steak salad with green papaya, mint, and lime wedges for dinner.

Japan Airlines announced that it expanded its existing codeshare agreements with both Alaska Airlines and Qatar Airways.
