American to Connect Chicago with Ontario, California
American Airlines announced plans to launch new twice-daily service between Chicago and Ontario, California on August 17.
Flights will depart Ontario International Airport at 11:40 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. and arrive at Chicago O’Hare International Airport at 5:48 p.m., and 5:38 a.m. the next day. Return flights are scheduled to depart Chicago at 9:55 a.m. and 8:20 p.m. and arrive in Ontario at 12:14 p.m. and 10:39 p.m., respectively.
American will operate the route using Boeing 737-800 aircraft, equipped with 172 seats, including 16 in first class, 30 in the airline’s Main Cabin Extra section, and 126 in the main cabin. First-class seats have a pitch of 37” and a width of 21”.
Chicago will be American’s third destination from Ontario. The airline also flies to Dallas-Fort Worth and Phoenix from the Inland Empire city.
