Wyndham Hotels and Resorts announced plans to enter into a partnership with the Thrash Group, a hotel development company. As part of the deal, the two have signed franchise agreements for seven properties, including five hotels from the Thrash Group’s Origin Hotel Collection.

The seven hotels are located in six different states, including Colorado, where there are two; Kentucky; Mississippi; North Carolina; Texas; and West Virginia.

In a statement, Wyndham said it was “thrilled” to work with the Thrash Group.

The Origin hotels include the Origin Westminster, located between Denver and Boulder; the Origin Red Rocks outside of Denver; the Origin Raleigh; the Origin Lexington; and the Origin Austin.

The other two properties are the Hotel Tupelo and the Hotel Morgan. The Hotel Tupelo is a boutique hotel scheduled to open in late 2021. The Hotel Morgan first opened its doors to guests in 1925, and it will undergo renovations before reopening under the Wyndham name in early 2021.
