Park Hyatt Hotel to Open in London on the River Thames

Hyatt Hotels announced plans for a Park Hyatt hotel to open in London early in the next decade.

The Park Hyatt London River Thames is slated to open in 2022 and will be incorporated into the Nine Elms, a new residential, commercial, and cultural quarter on the South Bank, directly opposite Westminster.

The hotelier said that it had been a longtime priority for it to open a Park Hyatt in the English capital. It joins a variety of Hyatt properties there including the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, Andaz London Liverpool Street, Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport, and the Great Scotland Yard Hotel.

The new property will be reachable via the new Northern Line extension of the London Underground.

The 203-key hotel will have a a secure executive wing and a variety of meeting and event spaces including a large ballroom.
