JetBlue’s terminal at JFK, decorated for the winter holiday season

JetBlue Airways is getting into the holiday spirit, and it’s only late September.

The New York-based airline has already decorated its terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport, transforming it, it said, into “a winter wonderland.”

The move is part of the airline’s “Be an Early Holiday-er” promotion to get people back on flights amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

“Holiday travel is incredibly important to our customers, and it’s equally important to us,” said Elizabeth Windram, the airline’s vice president of marketing.  “Whatever customers are looking forward to this holiday season – a vacation, celebrating annual traditions, or reconnecting with family and friends, we’ve got a plane for that.”

The “Be an Early Holiday-er” promotion includes a $50 discount per person on flights booked through September 30, 2020, for travel scheduled from November 19 through January 5, 2021.
