T-Mobile Offering Customers 50% Discount on Service During Coronavirus Pandemic

T-Mobile, which recently closed its merger with Sprint, announced a new promotion that offers existing customers a 50% discount on their monthly service fees.
The offer can be applied to any plan and must be specifically requested.
Once in force, the plan offers a 50% discount for three months. The only restriction is a 3 GB data cap on mobile data service during the discount period.
Once the three-month period is over, pricing reverts to pre-discount levels.
The discount will not be applied to equipment or other items on the bill.
