The three largest airlines in the United States – American, Delta, and United – said Friday they had suspended all flights to and from mainland China amidst concerns over the novel coronavirus.

American Airlines, which is based in Fort Worth, said it was suspending all service to and from China effective immediately.  The suspension will continue through March 27.

Delta Air Lines and United Airlines both said they would suspend flights to China starting February 6.  United said it expects to resume China operations on March 28.

Both American and United said they planned to continue service to Hong Kong for the foreseeable future.
