Hawaiian Air Records Drop in Traffic, Increase in Load Factor in November

Hawaiian Airlines announced operational results for November 2019.

The airline reported that it carried 912,957 passengers in November, a year-over-year decline of 2.7% from 937,815 in the same period last year.

Traffic for the Honolulu-based carrier during the month was 1.42 billion RPMs, or revenue passenger miles, an increase of 4.1% from 1.37 billion RPMs in November 2018. The carrier’s total capacity for the month was up 3.6% to 1.68 billion ASMs, or available seat miles, from 1.62 billion ASMs last November.

Meanwhile, Hawaiian’s consolidated load factor was 84.6%, a 0.5 percentage point increase from 84.6% the previous November.
