Hilton to Expand in Canada with 3 New Brands

IMG_7667 2Hilton, which is entering its 100th year, announced plans to bring three new brands to Canada between now and 2022.

The list of brands includes the Tapestry Collection, Tru, and Canopy.  Hilton will open Tapestry Collection properties in Moncton, Mississauga, and Calgary.  The Canvas Moncton will open by the end of 2019.

The chain plans ten Tru by Hilton properties by the end of 2021, with the majority of them in Ontario.  Finally, Hilton will introduce the Canopy brand with the Canopy by Hilton Toronto-Yorkville in 2022.

In addition to the new brands, the McLean, Virginia-based company will open ten additional DoubleTree properties, five Hilton Garden Inns, and ten Hampton by Hilton hotels in the coming years.
