Apple, at its “By Innovation Only” launch event on Tuesday, announced three new iPhones, a new generation of Apple Watch, a new iPad, and the news that Apple TV+ would be free to those who purchase a new iPad, iPhone, or Apple TV effective immediately.

The three new iPhones include the dual-camera iPhone 11, which is the successor to the iPhone XR, as well as the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max, which succeed the iPhone XS and XS Max.

The iPhone 11 features a 6.1” display and comes in six colors including black, white, purple, green, yellow, and Product Red, while the pro models come in six colors including midnight green, space grey, silver, and gold. The iPhone 11 comes at a lower price than its predecessor, $699. Meanwhile, the iPhone Pro models have a 5.8” and 6.5” display respectively.

All three iPhones feature Apple’s new A13 Bionic chip and the Pro models come with a new triple-camera system that supports ultra wide-angle, wide-angle, and telephone shots.

The new Apple Watch 5 features an always-on Retina display that the company says will last 18 hours in between charges. It also has a built-in compass and international emergency calling. It’s available in more finishes, namely aluminum, stainless steel, ceramic, and titanium.

The new seventh-generation iPad features a 10.2” display, support for the Apple Pencil, and it runs on the A10 Fusion chip.

On the entertainment side of the house, Apple officially introduced Arcade, a game subscription service that will cost $4.99 per month. A single subscription will cover up to six family members and all Arcade games can be played offline.

Apple also announced that its Apple TV+ subscription service will launch in 100 countries on November 1. The cost is $4.99 per month with a seven-day trial. The subscription will support up to six family members.  Programming will include “The Morning Show,” an exploration of the morning-news world that people wake up to every day starring Steve Carrell; “Snoopy in Space,” which follows Snoopy as he becomes an astronaut; and “The Helpsters,” a new children’s series from the makers of “Sesame Street.”
