Air Canada to Begin Montreal-Bogota Service Next Year

Air Canada announced that it plans to offer new thrice-weekly service to Bogota from Montreal on June 2 next year.

Flights will depart Montreal at 10:45 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, arriving in Bogota at 4:14 a.m. the next morning. Return flights will depart Bogota at 9 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, arriving in Montreal at 4:20 p.m.

The carrier will operate the route using Air Canada Rouge Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.

The Boeing 767-300ER jets are equipped with 24 seats in the airline’s Recliner Rouge premium economy cabin, 36 seats in its Rouge Plus premium-economy lite cabin, and 219 seats in coach. Recliner Rouge seats are 18.5” wide and have a seat pitch of 37”, while Rouge Plus seats are 18” wide and have a seat pitch of 35”.

The service is the carrier’s 39th new route from Montreal since 2012.
