Walt Disney World to Introduce Discounted ‘Mid-Day Magic’ Tickets
Walt Disney announced a new discounted ticket option for the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park.
The new Mid-Day Magic Ticket is available at roughly a 25% discount and valid for admission starting at noon to all four theme parks. The parks open at 9 a.m.
The new Mid-Day Magic Tickets are available as two-, three, and four-day admission passes and can be used at one theme park per day.
Disney is adding the new ticket option just ahead of the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, a themed area inspired by the “Star Wars” series of movies. The new area is at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort and features the new Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Runride.
Walt Disney World features four theme parks, namely the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom.
Located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, Walt Disney World opened in 1971 and covers almost 25,000 acres (10,117 hectares). It comprises the four theme parks, two water parks, 27 themed resort hotels, nine non-Disney hotels, golf courses, a camping area at Fort Wilderness Resort, and the Disney Springs shopping center.
