United Airlines Appoints New Sr. V.P. of Technical Operations

IMG_2560United Airlines announced the appointment of Tom Doxey to the position of senior vice president of technical operations.  In the new position, he will be responsible for the airline’s maintenance operations, supply chain, ground service equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, and technical services.

Mr. Doxey is currently the airline’s vice president of technical operations.  Before joining United in 2016, he held various positions at US Airways and, later, Allegiant.

“Leveraging his experience leading finance for operations and his passion for people, I know the team will continue their string of record performance under his leadership,” said Greg Hart, the airline’s chief operations officer, referencing Mr. Doxey.

Mr. Doxey attended Brigham Young University, from which he holds a bachelor’s degree, and conducted his graduate studies for a master’s of business administration degree from Arizona State University.
