American Airlines to Offer Priority Access to Corporate Customers
American Airlines announced it will extend Priority Access benefits to all passengers traveling on the airline on tickets issued using American Airlines Corporate Travel Agreements. The news was announced at the Global Business Travel Association’s convention in Chicago.
The move allows passengers to select preferred seats on American-operated flights and utilize Priority Access check-in, priority boarding with Group 4, and access to the priority line at the airport’s security checkpoint. Such passengers will receive priority reaccommodation in cases of operational disruptions such as those due to mechanical issues and weather.
“Simplifying the day-to-day experience for our corporate travelers is one more way we can demonstrate our commitment to being the easiest airline to do business,“ said Alison Taylor, the airline’s senior vice president of global sales.
The benefits will also be available on flights with American’s Atlantic joint-venture partners such as British Airways and Finnair.
