The 351-cabin hotel will open in 2022.  It will offer 234 cabins – small rooms with adjustable beds with gel memory foam mattresses, a smart TV, private bathroom including rain shower, and mood lighting – as well as 117 Yotel Pads, fully furnished units designed for longer stays.

The Yotel will offer guests self check-in kiosks, an outdoor rooftop pool and bar, and a Komyuniniti common area. Dining options will include a Grab+Go café and restaurant on the ground floor,

The hotel will be part of Underground Atlanta, a four-block development that is home to an underground mall, a co-working space called the Post Office, an AI and Internet of Things art initiative, an LGBTQ club, and hundreds of moderately priced apartments.
