WestJet Adds New Breakfast Menu in Premium Cabin
Canadian low-cost carrier WestJet announced that it will serve passengers in its Premium cabin breakfast from Cora, the largest casual dining chain of restaurants in Canada, on most flights over 2.5 hours.
The breakfast meals are offered on flights that depart after 10:30 p.m. and before 9:30 a.m. Choices include items inspired by Cora customer favorites including smoked turkey eggs Ben et Dictine, a vegetable omelette, and a spinach and aged cheddar cheese omelette with turkey sausage.
WestJet said it will rotate the items and update the menu in the fall.
The airline’s Premium cabin offers seats in a 2×2 configuration on most aircraft except for its Boeing 737 fleet, where it currently uses standard seats with the middle seat blocked. The cabin is not available on WestJet Encore or WestJet Link flights.
