The 211-key property is set along the Nonette River and is comprised of eight buildings that house its various meeting rooms, restaurants, a spa, and guest rooms.

Dining options for guests include Nord, a restaurant that focuses on northern French “soul food,” the hotel said, and Craft, which features an open kitchen. In addition, Le Condé is a lounge with a landscaped outdoor terrace, and the Market features grab-and-go items.

Chantilly, which is part of the Paris metropolitan area, is surrounded by the Chantilly Forest and is known for its impressive Renaissance castle, the Domaine de Chantilly, which dates back to 1560. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from Charles de Gaulle International Airport and a 45-minute drive from Paris’ city center.

The new hotel is Hyatt’s ninth in France.
