The 150-key extended-stay hotel offers guests complimentary Wi-Fi and a fitness center that is open 24 hours a day.

Guest dining options include a restaurant with freshly cooked meals all day, a complimentary hot breakfast in the Gallery Kitchen, and a coffee and cocktails bar.

The hotel has 4,000 square feet (372 square meters) of meeting and event space.

Silverton Village is a development that includes the Silverton Casino Hotel, a variety of restaurants and cafes including a Starbucks, Panera Bread, and a Cracker Barrel, and the Berkley, a timeshare resort.

Hyatt Place was created when Hyatt acquired AmeriSuites, a chain of all-suite hotels, in 2005 from the Blackstone Group, which itself had acquired AmeriSuites as part of its 2004 acquisition of Prime Hospitality. Hyatt renamed AmeriSuites Hyatt Place and positioned it as a competitor to Marriott’s Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton’s Hilton Garden Inn chains.
