The dishes were created by Chef Daniel Rose owner of two restaurants in Paris and one in New York City.

The entrées will be served in rotation and updated every few months.  Poultry gratin with onions will be served in September and October 2019 and then again in March and April 2020.  Warm poultry pâté with foie gras will be served in November and December this year and again in May and June in 2020, and cod with turnip and buerre blanc will be offered in January and February 2020 and again the following July and August.

Air France offers service to Paris from 15 North American cities including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Montreal, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Vancouver.

Chef Rose opened his first restaurant in 2006. Located in Paris, it focused on seasonal ingredients with no fixed menu.

The airline will continue to offer dishes by French chefs including Anne-Sophie Pic, Arnaud Lallement, Guy Martin, and Andrée Rosier on flights to North America departing from Paris.
