Three W Hotels in Atlanta Announce Top-to-Bottom Redesign and Renovation

Marriott International announced a major renovation project that encompasses its three W hotels in Atlanta.

The W Atlanta – Midtown, W Atlanta – Buckhead, and The W Atlanta – Downtown are all undergoing renovations to over 750 guest rooms, multiple lobbies, bars, and restaurants, as well as the properties’ meeting rooms. The hotels are the first of multiple properties to undergo significant refurbishment work across the country. In total, owners of W hotels in North America plan over $200 million in upgrade programs.

Guest rooms in the W Atlanta – Midtown were designed by Imaggo Production and feature what the property calls a “playful décor” with a nod to Atlanta. Rooms at the W Atlanta – Buckhead have a more traditional look with headboards, armoires, and damask wall coverings.

Other W hotels currently undergoing renovation projects include the W Washington DC, W Boston, W San Francisco, W Miami, and W Montreal.
