Hyatt to Allow Guests to Book Early Check-In or Late Checkout Times at Hyatt Place Hotels in Advance of Arrival

Hyatt Hotels announced a new program under which guests can reserve an early check-in or checkout time at Hyatt Place properties.

The program is available only to World of Hyatt guest loyalty program members and some guests will pay a small fee depending on their elite status level.

Early check-in times at 9 a.m. or noon are available to Globalist and Explorist members at no charge. For Discoverist and general members, there would be a fee of $10.

Explorist and Discoverist members already are entitled to a 2 p.m. checkout time, while Globalist members can ask for a checkout time as late as 4 p.m. as part of their membership benefits. For a general member, a late checkout at 2 p.m. would cost $10.

Guests can add early check-in or late checkout times to reservations booked on hyatt.com or the World of Hyatt mobile app within seven days of arrival.
