The new Equinox Hotel in the Hudson Yards district of New York City will open its doors to guests in July.

Operated by Equinox Fitness, the property is the company’s foray into hotel business.

The 212-key property, which includes 48 suites, will feature soundproofed rooms with blackout shades, natural-fiber mattresses. An Equinox Sleep Coach can help in optimizing one’s sleep.

Guests will have access to the hotel’s 60,000-square-foot (5,574-square-meter) fitness center that offers group classes, private Pilates, and personal training sessions. It also offers an indoor salt-water pool, hot and cold plunge pools, and an outdoor pool and terrace.

Dining options for guests will include the Electric Lemon on the 24th floor. The restaurant, operated by Chef Stephen Starr, features an 8,000-square-foot (743-square-meter) outdoor terrace with views of Manhattan and the Hudson River; high-performance breakfasts via room service; and in-room IV vitamin drips for energy or hydration.

The hotel will offer guests making reservations via a Virtuoso travel advisor an upgrade at the time if booking, if available; early check-in and late check-out, based on availability; a complimentary continental breakfast for two; a $100 hotel credit per stay; and complimentary Wi-Fi.
