Clear, a company that provides expedited access to airport security checkpoints, announced the addition of ClearLanes, as they are called, at the security checkpoint in Terminal A at Boston Logan International Airport.

The service is a registered traveler program operated in association with the TSA.

The company promises no more than a five minute wait at a security checkpoint. The service uses biometrics including fingerprint and iris identification technology to confirm a traveler’s identity at its checkpoints.

The service, which claims 3 million members, eliminates the need to show a form of ID or a boarding pass at the security checkpoint.

Delta Air Lines bought a 5% stake in Clear in 2016.
