American Airlines Opens 15 New Gates in Dallas

DSC_0253 (1)American Airlines announced the addition of 15 new gates at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

The new gates, located in the Terminal E satellite, will be used for regional American Eagle flights. The airline said it expects to operate 100 flights per day from the new gates.

The terminal’s amenities include moving walkways, a soon-to-be opened Admirals Club, and the airport’s only Whataburger restaurant.

American, the world’s largest airline, is the airport’s largest carrier and will be operating 900 daily flights from DFW come June, a year-over-year increase of 100. It is adding new service to 23 destinations including Dublin and Munich in Europe and Monterey, California, and Augusta, Georgia.
