United Airlines announced plans to add new non-stop service linking Washington, D.C. with Fort Myers and Sarasota in Florida.

The airline also plans to extend its season service from D.C. to Miami.

United will offer twice-daily, year-round service lining Washington Dulles International Airport with Sarasota Bradenton International Airport and with Southwest Florida International Airport, which serves Fort Myers and Florida’s Gulf Coast.

United said it also plans to start its seasonal service from Dulles to Miami International Airport two months earlier than planned. As a result, the seasonal winter service will start in October 2091.

Additionally, United will begin operating extended seasonal winter service between Miami and Washington Dulles starting two months earlier than originally planned in October 2019.
