Les Chalets du Mont d’Arbois in French Alps to Open Under Four Seasons Flag Later This Year

DSC_0077Four Seasons Hotels announced the opening of its new property in the French Alps, Les Chalets du Mont d’Arbois, Megève.

Les Chalets du Mont d’Arbois is owned by the Edmond de Rothschild family and will open its doors on December 13, 2019 under the Four Seasons flag.

The property is located at the foot of the ski slopes of Mont d’Arbois and has 25 rooms and suites. The hotel’s Prima restaurant offers guests local cuisine under the aegis of Chef Nicolas Hensinger, with house specialties including marinated rainbow trout prepared gravlax style and grilled sea bass with Grenoble and walnut sauce, garlic, and braised cauliflower,

The existing Four Seasons Hotel Megève, which opened in December 2017 and is 1.25 miles (2 kilometers) away, will continue to operate separately.

“With the addition of Les Chalets du Mont d’Arbois, the guest experience will be enhanced even more with expansive, beautifully-appointed chalets as well as a Michelin-starred dining experience at Prima,” said Christian Clerc, Four Seasons’ president of hotel operations.
