Icelandair announced it is introducing its new Dýralíf line of amenity kits this month.

The word “dýralíf” means “wildlife” and the four amenity kit designs highlight four creatures that are part of Iceland’s folklore, the puffin, the arctic fox, the Icelandic horse, and the raven.

The eco-friendly kits were designed by New York-based Wessco International, which has designed other airline’s in-flight products, and skincare company Hannes Dóttir.

“The contents of each kit have been designed and selected to help passengers arrive at their destination rested and refreshed,” the airline said in a statement.

The kits, distributed to passengers in the airline’s Saga Class, will include Hannes Dóttir skincare products, earplugs, a toothbrush and toothpaste, eye mask, and socks. The amenity kit will also include “fun facts” about each animal and do-not-disturb stickers to make the cabin crew aware that a passenger wishes to rest unmolested.
