Hyatt to Open Hyatt Centric Hotels in Austin, Memphis, and Nashville
Hyatt Hotels announced plans for three Hyatt Centric hotels in the United States.
The hotels will be in the downtown areas of Memphis, Nashville, and Austin.
The 227-key Hyatt Centric Beale, which will open by the end of 2020, will be located in the new One Beale Street mixed-use project, one block from the Mississippi River. It will feature a rooftop lounge as well as a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Other amenities include a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fire pit. The property will have 14,000 square feet (1,300 square meters) of meeting and event space.
The 252-room Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville will feature a rooftop pool and will be located near the Music City entertainment district. The hotel will have 4,500 square feet (418 square meters) of meeting and event space as well as 4,000 square feet (371 square feet) of retail space.
Finally, the Hyatt Centric hotel in downtown Austin will have 233 rooms and will be located near the Texas State Capitol building.
Hyatt Centric hotels are unique to the cities they are situated in with respect to artwork, furniture, food, and beverages. Hyatt currently has 26 Hyatt Centric hotels in 11 countries.
