IMG_1923 2Disney said it will ban smoking and larger strollers inside its theme park properties starting May 1.

The ban will include Walt Disney World and Disneyland as well as the company’s water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and Downtown Disney.

Smoking is already restricted in its parks and, in recent years, Disney has reduced the number of areas where smoking was permitted.

“As we expand our offerings, we will continue to take steps to enhance the guest experience and make it more enjoyable for everyone who visits,” said a Disney spokesman.

The ban does not apply to Disney parks in China, France, and Japan.
