Virgin Atlantic to Introduce Non-Stop Service to Tel Aviv

DSC_0686 (1)Virgin Atlantic Airways announced plans to launch non-stop flights from London to Tel Aviv.

The airline will operate the service using Airbus A330-300 aircraft which include Virgin’s Upper Class business-class cabin, Premium Economy, premium-economy lite, and coach.

“Israel’s economy is booming and as one of the world’s leading tech hubs we’re anticipating many business travellers and entrepreneurs flying between Tel Aviv and the UK,” said Virgin CEO Shai Weiss in a statement.

The new service will allow North American passengers to connect to and from ongoing service from Virgin’s destinations there. It will also allow Virgin to offer a fast cargo service from Tel Aviv to the United States for fresh produce and high-tech products.

Flights will commence on September 25, 2019.
