Hilton announced the opening of the Hilton Chengdu Chenghua in Chengdu, China. The property is the company’s eighth hotel located in the city.

The hotel offers 298 guestrooms, each with a 49” HD TV. Guests may access the property’s 24-hour fitness center, as well as its heated indoor pool and whirlpool.

Dining options include Kitchencraft, an all-day restaurant offering both local and international cuisine; Qing Ya, a Chinese restaurant specializing in Sichaun and Cantonese dishes; and Canton Street, a Hong Kong-style restaurant featuring Southeast Asian menu items and drinks. In addition, the Lobby Lounge offers small dishes, cocktails, and other drinks.

The property has 17,760 square feet (1,650 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a 9,149-square-foot (850-square-meter) ballroom, as well as six function rooms and an outdoor rooftop garden.

Situated in the downtown district, the hotel is located in close proximity to the city’s Chengdu Railway Station.  It is also close to popular attractions and venues in the city.

In celebration of the opening, Hilton is offering Hilton Honors members an additional 1,000 bonus points per night for bookings through April 30 of this year.
