Nobu Hospitality announced plans to open a new hotel in Warsaw, Poland.

The new property, which will open its doors to guests in 2020, will be located in a new building on Wilcza Street as well as what is now the Hotel Rialto. The new building is being designed by Polish architectural firm Medusa Group, with a goal of blending the two buildings together. Medusa will work with California architectural firm Studio PCH on the refurbishment of the Rialto building.

The 120-key hotel will feature a fitness center and meeting and event space.

The hotel is also the site of the first Nobu restaurant in Poland, which will offer traditional Nobu specialties including Black Cod Miso as well as locally-inspired dishes.

Nobu, which started with a single restaurant in New York City in 1994, now has 17 properties. The first Nobu hotel opened within Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas in 2013 and the company now has 17 hotels and a total of 40 locations. It was founded by actor Robert De Niro, chef Nobu Matsuhisa, and movie producer Meir Teper.
