IMG_4681United Airlines is offering the United Polaris Cookbook, a collection of recipes, in its online United Shop, a website that carries branded United Airlines merchandise.

The cookbook includes over 40 recipes created by a combination of the airline’s executive chefs and chefs from the Trotter Project that were inspired by the United Polaris business-class menu. It sells for $29.99.

The Trotter Project is a foundation that pays tribute to the late Chicago chef Charlie Trotter and educates within the hospitality industry and includes chefs from Per Se, Spago, and Moto. United has partnered with the Trotter Project to design meals for passengers on a variety of United flights.

United introduced its new Polaris business-class concept in 2016. The experience begins in the Polaris Lounge, which offers custom-designed chairs, private daybeds, spa-like showers, and hot meals served in a boutique restaurant-like setting.
