United to Inaugurate Service from Historic Paine Field with Flights to Denver and San Francisco
United Airlines announced plans to offer non-stop daily service linking Paine Field in Snohomish County Airport in Everett, Washington, with Denver and San Francisco starting March 31, 2019.
The Chicago-based airline will operate two flights per day from Denver and four from San Francisco.
United said that the flights will afford Seattle residents “new opportunities to easily access our hubs in Denver and San Francisco.”
Paine Field is the site of Boeing’s Everett assembly plant that was part of the 747 program. United, along with Alaska Airlines, plans to offer scheduled service from the historic airport, which began commercial service in 1939.
