The ITC Grand Goa, a collaboration with India-based ITC Hotels, is a member of the hotelier’s Luxury Collection and was designed drawing inspiration from the region’s Indo-Portuguese heritage and local villages.

The resort is set on 45 acres with coconut-tree lined roads.  It offers 252 rooms and suites, each with private balcony or patio with views of the Arabian Sea.

“Goa offers a diverse blend of Indian and Portuguese culture, architecture, and cuisine,” said Anthony Ingham, an executive at the Luxury Collection, who sees the resort unlocking the region for its guests.

Guests have six dining options available including Kebabs & Kurries, which features traditional Indian fare; Tempro, which is the Portuguese word for seasoning, offers Goan-influenced cuisine; and Ottimo, an Italian restaurant. In addition, Farol, a poolside bar, offers a variety of cocktails and other beverages.

The ITC Grand Goa offers indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, access to Arossim beach, and a 36,000-square-foot (3,345-square meter) spa, Kaya Kalp, which offers a variety of treatments including some that are traditional to the region.
