Saturday is National Coffee Day: Here’s Where to Get Your Free Coffee Fix
Pass the cream. Tomorrow, September 29, is National Coffee Day, a day that celebrates the hot beverage that so many start their day with.
In celebration, many coffee-related businesses are offering customers free or discounted cups of coffee.
Here’s where to get yours.
Krispy Kreme. The nation’s oldest doughnut and coffee company – it was founded in 1937 – is offering customers a choice of a free hot coffee on the 29th and is also serving glazed donut-flavored coffee and coffee-glazed donuts throughout the week.
Dunkin’ Donuts. Founded in 1950, one of the nation’s oldest major chains of coffeehouses is celebrating by offering a buy one get one free offer with the purchase of a coffee of any size.
Peets. A San Francisco-based roaster founded in 1960 by Alfred Peet, Peet’s is offering 25% off all purchases of coffee beans as well as a free drip coffee with the purchase of coffee beans.
Wawa. The convenience store chain, which operates primarily in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida, is offering customers a free cup of coffee, any size, to celebrate.
7-Eleven. The ubiquitous convenience chain is offering 7Rewards members one free cup of coffee of any size once per day from September 29 through October 1.
Caribou Coffee. The Minnesota-based company will donate a coffee to caregivers and family members in cancer centers across America for every cup of coffee purchased at its stores.
Sheetz. The Pennsylvania-based chain, which also operates stores in Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia, will offer a free Pumpkin Pie Latte to customers placing their orders through the Sheetz app.
