Alaska Airlines to Link El Paso with Seattle and San Diego

IMG_3661 (1)Alaska Airlines announced plans to offer service to El Paso, Texas, from both Seattle and San Diego.

The daily non-stop service between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and El Paso International Airport will begin on February 19, 2019. It will be the only non-stop service between the two cities, the airline said.

Service from Seattle to San Diego International Airport will also begin on that date.

The airline will operate both flights using Embraer E175 jets with a three-class cabin. The aircraft will have 12 first-class recliner seats with 42” seat pitch in a 1-2 configuration, 12 premium-economy lite seats in a 2-2 configuration with 18.5” width and 36” seat pitch, and 52 seats in coach in a 2-2 configuration with 18.5” width and 32” seat pitch.

El Paso, a new destination for the Seattle-based airline, stands on the Rio Grande across the Mexican border in the far western corner of Texas.
