Southwest to Link St. Louis with Jamaica and the Dominican Republic

Southwest Airlines announced the addition of several new seasonal international routes to its schedule.

The new routes link St. Louis with Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Both will operate once a week on Saturdays and service is slated to begin on March 9, 2019, pending government approval.

Southwest will operate the routes using Boeing 737 aircraft.

The Dallas-based airline also announced new weekly seasonal service on Saturdays between Cleveland and Tampa, and Cincinnati and Orlando and new weekly seasonal service on Sundays linking Dallas with both West Palm Beach, Florida, and Harlingen, Texas.
