Chick-fil-A Introduces New Loyalty Program

Chick-fil-A announced the launch of its new loyalty program, Chick-fil-A One.

The new offering replaces the company’s previous Treats program, which rewarded diners with specific menu items based on purchases. The new program allows members to earn points based on their actual spend.

Chick-fil-A One Members receive ten points for every dollar spent. Silver Members receive 11 points, while members of the top tier, Red, receive 12.

Points can be used to purchase items from the menu. A chocolate chip cookie costs 150 points, waffle fries cost 200, and an eight-count order of Chick-fil-A Nuggets is 500.

All membership tiers are eligible to receive a birthday reward as well as surprise rewards from local Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Silver and Red Members can use points to gift rewards to friends and family while Red Members will receive what the company calls “exclusive insider content.” Customers who were previously registered A-List members will receive Red Member status for the first year.
