United Hires Former Flight Attendant as Talent Management Exec

IMG_9776 (1)United Airlines announced the appointment of Lori Bradley to the position of senior vice president for talent management and organizational effectiveness, a new position.

Bradley was most recently executive vice president in a similar position at PVH, an apparel company whose brands include Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

After working as a flight attendant at Delta Airlines for over 12 years, Bradley went on to pursue a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology at the University of North Texas. She will be responsible for the airline’s global talent management strategy as well as learning and development programs.

“The creation of this role is an investment in all 90,000 United team members,” said Kate Gebo, the airline’s executive vice president for human resources.

Bradley is charged with ensuring that United hires and develops talented employees, the company said.
